Resounding success at the Tour Agrovet Market 2024

The Agrovet Market 2024 Tour began on 13 and 15 August, an event that has been training professionals and producers in the livestock sector for more than 13 years. On these first dates, the cities of Cajamarca and Chiclayo were visited, with the Hotel Costa del Sol as the venue.

Agrovet Market was attended by MVZ. MC. Jesús Zavaleta Hernández from Mexico, recognised for the best postgraduate work in the area of infectious diseases and awarded with the professional merit prize by the Mexican association of bovine veterinarians, who shared with us the topics of ‘Much more than litres: Quality of milk and somatic cells’ in Cajamarca and in Chiclayo with ‘Confronting the bovine respiratory complex: Prevention and management’.

We are pleased to announce that our event had a full house in both lectures with an attendance of more than 400 attendees, including veterinarians, animal engineers and livestock producers of high renown. Well-known livestock farms were able to participate in this event where they had the opportunity to ask questions to our speaker and exchange sanitary protocols solving their doubts, which further enriched the experience of producers and livestock farmers in the region.

The next destination will be on Friday 16th in the city of Cañete with the topic ‘Impact of metritis and correct reproductive control’.

The Tour Agrovet Market 2024 will end on Monday 19 August in the city of Huancayo and on Wednesday 21 August in the city of Arequipa (Pedregal).
