Posted on 24/09/2020

On September 7, 8 and 9, the recertification audit was carried out to obtain the ISO 9001: 2015 certificate. The objective of the ISO standard is to regulate all the elements focused on quality management in an effective system that seeks continuous improvement of processes. This international standard provides a level of focus on processes that guarantee the incorporation of the Plan - Do - Check - Act (PHVA), integration of risk-based thinking and process planning.

The recertification endorsed by TUV Rheinland valid during the period 2020 to 2023 is an achievement that will drive Agrovet Market to continue working for excellence and sustained growth. The quality management system is solid, and they seek to improve the strategic position of the company in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry, with the aim of becoming a leader.

The preparation to obtain this recertification took 7 months and consisted of 18 processes that would not have been possible without a joint effort that took place with all the leaders of the areas. Likewise, senior management commitment is a strength that drives quality at all levels of the organization. As part of the quality policy; Agrovet Market will continue to commit to continuous improvement of processes, and respect for applicable legal requirements. Always taking into account the expectations of the stakeholders, since customer satisfaction is its main priority.

The company thanks all collaborators for making this achievement possible and firmly believes that the foundations of a culture oriented towards quality and information security are established in the DNA of the company.
